Our attorney will file another motion to dismiss the Illegal Lis Pendens placed against our property again this weekend since the first one got mooted with the superseding indicment. Perhaps the Prosecutor will respond again with yet another Superseding Indictment, to Supersede the first Superseding indictment, to cover up for the original Fatally Flawed indictment that was obtained with purjured testimony. So she can have us MOOT again! Then we can just go on forever like this!
