It is SHOCKING to learn how U.S. Attorney Marietta Parker was able to achieve a Federal Grand Jury Indictment against the Yellow House owners Guy and Carrie Neighbors!
Through a letter from Guy Neighbors attorney Dionne Sheriff it was made known that Patrick Neider a four time convicted felon, known Pathological liar, and habitual drug user was a witness called testify before the Federal Grand Jury against the Neighbors.
Even though Patrick Neider had been in prison for at about 2 yrs. prior to his testimony and had not been in the Yellow House Business in at least three years. He was serving a 10 year prison sentence. In exchange for his lies the U.S. Department of Justice Prosecuting Attorney Marietta Parker had him released from prison, knocking 8 years off his sentence!
Where is there concern for the publics safety here?
This 19 count Federal Indictment for Money Laundering, Mail Fraud and wire fraud, was handed down, even though the I.R.S. and the Postal Service both had removed themselves from the case, and both agencies refused to move forward with involvement in the indictment. This indictment also falsely claims that the investigation was handled by the F.B.I. Even though the F.B.I. was never involved in the investigation.
The only investigation by the FBI, was falsified, and the falsified investigation was orchestrated by the U.S. Attorney prosecuting the case. This has been substantiated by FBI agent Scott Gentine who has been involoved in some of the Yellow House Complaint investigations.
It is truly shocking to learn how far a vindictive prosecutor will go to achieve an indictment against innocent people!
